On the walls of the church there is a fresco in three layers. The first is probably from the XI-XII century, the second from the third quarter of the XIII century, and the last from the XIII-XIV century.

From the first layer of frescoes from the two semicircular niches, only from the south is a fragment of a fresco preserved on which the image of a saint was presented. Old Slavic graffiti is preserved on the oldest layer.

The second layer of frescoes originates from the old fresco from the northwestern pilaster on which, with an archaic appearance, Jesus Christ Antiphonitis is presented.

The third layer, according to the differences in stylistic features and artistic qualities, is assumed to have originated from at least four painters.

From the preserved fragments of the frescoes in the narthex it can be noticed that there were presented scenes from the life of the saint to whom the church is dedicated.

The church is built of river stone and mortar, using spolia collected from the ruined ancient city. The base of the church is an inscribed cross in a square with an octagonal dome, a three-sided apse and a pre-apse space. On the west side there is an arched narthex from which in the nave enters through a tribune. In the south wing of the nave is a rectangular tomb, built at the same time as the church. The church was rebuilt in the 14th century, with a square chapel with a square base and a semicircular drum on the south side of the narthex, the upper parts of the bifors were closed and the third fresco painting was done.

St. George
v. Radanje, municipality of Karbinci

Medieval village church located in the area of the Stip village Radanje is one of the oldest churches in Macedonia, and the oldest church in the Stip region which is fully preserved. The church is located 15 km northeast of Stip to the ancient city of Bargala.

Literary and historical sources are lacking for the construction of the church, but in the charter of Tsar Basil II from 1019 the medieval settlement Kozjak is mentioned, as a parish center within the Morozdvish diocese. There are various theories and assumptions about the time of its construction. Certain opinions point to the period from the XI - XII century, and some scholars date it to the period from the IX - X century, at the time of the baptism of the Slavs in the valley of Bregalnica.

A large medieval necropolis stretches around the church. It is noted that burials took place here from the VII until the first decades of the XX century.
