In the central part of the vault in the nave is painted Jesus Christ Pantocrator with the symbols of the evangelists. In the lower parts of the vault are painted half-length Old Testament prophets.
Under the vault is painted the cycle of the Great Holidays, under which are painted half-length representations of saints. Standing saints are painted in the lower zone.

In the lower zone of the narthex are painted standing saints above which is painted the circle of St. Nicholas. The cycle of Christ's sufferings are depicted in the upper zones.

The older church is basically a single-nave vaulted church with a three-sided apse. The proscomedy and the deaconry are performed in blind alleys. The church was built of stone and mortar.
In the 17th century, a narthex with a dome was added to the church, which in the basis is inscribed cross with a central dome. The narthex is built of crushed stone, brick and mortar.
